ARTIEM Sports gives all hotel guest the opportunity to realize self our guides activities into our new wide gim infrastructure divided in 3 zones:
- ECD 1080 (Multi functional area, 108m2 room): In our new multi function room, the ARTIEM Sports staff organizes activities every morning ; Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Spinning, mindfullness sessions for all hotel guests. All material is provided by hotel: yoga mats,yoga and pilates foam blocs, jumping wrope Pilates rings, elastic stretch bands, fitballs, mediballs and small weigth to realize self training on the ground.
- Traditional gim divided in 2 areas: Power zone and cardio area.
- Cross fit zone: 100m2 complete training box.
