2. What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

  • Managing hotel reservations made by users at any Artiem hotel, whether through our website, by telephone, email or any other communication channel made available by Artiem Hotels, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  • Managing the purchase of gift services through the Gifts section of our website, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  • Managing airport transfer bookings, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  • Managing bookings for wellness, sports and gastronomic services at any Artiem hotel, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  • Managing enquiries submitted by existing or prospective customers through our Online Support Service, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  • Responding to enquiries submitted through our Contact Form, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

  • Receiving and managing job applications submitted through the Work at Artiem section of our website, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

  • Sending commercial communications, promotions and special offers, provided that the user has given explicit consent through the corresponding forms available on our website, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Personal data relating to job applicants will be retained for a period of one year, unless the applicant requests their deletion before that period expires.

We may share your personal data with third-party service providers acting on behalf of Artiem Hotels as data processors. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Spanish State Security Forces and Bodies (Law Enforcement Authorities) where required to comply with legal obligations under public security legislation, as well as to courts, tribunals, public authorities or other competent bodies whenever such disclosure is required by applicable law.

For the purpose of sending marketing communications, Artiem Hotels works with HubSpot, Inc., a company established in the United States.
