Restaurants and Coffee Shops
The gastronomic offer is mainly Mediterranean but there is also a further broad, varied and quality offer. Two restaurants (ALEXANDRA and SANTA GALDANA), a snack bar (LA COLINA) and a bar-café (BLUE CAFÉ).
Buffet, show-cooking, menu selection or fixed menu, including an Italian and healthy corner, and suggestions for vegetarians.
Restaurante Santa Galdana
Buffet, show-cooking of meats and fish and à la carte service. At midday, buffet only.
Snack-Restaurante La Colina
The coolest corner in the hotel. Next to the swimming pool. Salads, pasta, nibbles, rice, pizzas, meat and fish, hamburgers and sandwiches.
Blue Café
Italian “Lavazza” coffee, soft drinks, wine menu and cocktails, in a relax atmosphere. Terrace with outstanding views to the sea, with night entertainment almost every day.
Mediterranean night
A gastronomic and cultural experience for Tuesday nights.
Showing of the film “Imágenes y sabor de Menorca" (Images and taste of Minorca). Special regional buffet (products and dishes typical
of the island and the Mediterranean) Minorcan Dancing.
