We believe that the surrounding environment has its own value that demands to be preserved. That is why we have adopted active policies in its defence, always making sure we enhance its many possibilities. Our commitment reaches our own community, where we live, and where we are building new avenues for collaboration.

This important point that we have included in our mission statement is being worked on in several ways:

Referring to society, we are involved with local entities that work for the community, its well being and its values. The Spanish Red Cross (Local office in Ferreries), Caritas, Friends of the Opera and the Scientific and Literature Ateneu of Mahon.

In defence of the environment, we have implanted in all our hotels different practices that have been certified by ISO 14001 and EMAS, so to reduce our activities’ impact on our surrounding. Being fully aware of the social consciousness about the environment, we always make sure that the people that visit Menorca are also involved in its care and protection, helping us to maintain a Minorca clean as well as letting them know our natural and cultural heritage.

In all our restaurants you will have the chance to taste autochthonous products, such as Sa Cudía’s white wine, Mahon’s Suabaida cheese, local fruit and vegetables supplied by Agromenorca and traditional minorcan sausages.

We hope that doing so we could help to maintain the natural environment that’s so important for the wellbeing of our clients.
