SHIPPING
Receive or send your gift box anywhere in Menorca or Spanish territory. We guarantee delivery within 48 hours (Saturdays and Sundays there is no delivery) from the date of issue and payment of the gift.
For pick up at the selected ARTIEM center, it will be available from the moment of the confirmation of the purchase. In the hotels you can pick it up every day of the week during 24 hours.

CONDITIONS
Once the gift has been issued and paid for, it is subject to availability. It is essential to confirm acceptance of gift and book in advance at [email protected]. The Gift Voucher issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The issuer or recipient of the gift voucher will have 15 days from the date of issue for changes and cancellations. By printing and/or keeping the gift voucher that you will receive by email, or the assigned reference number, you will have a means of proof of your order. Valid only for persons over 18 years of age.
