DELIVERY

Receive or send your gift box anywhere in Menorca or mainland Spain. We guarantee delivery within 48 hours from the date of issue and payment of the gift (no deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays).

If you choose to collect it at your selected ARTIEM hotel, it will be available immediately after purchase confirmation. Hotel collections are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once issued and paid for, this gift is subject to availability. Acceptance of the gift and advance booking are required via [email protected]. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The purchaser or recipient may request changes or cancellations within 15 days of issue.
