At ARTIEM Asturias, we have created an exclusive experience so you can witness the total solar eclipse from our gardens, while enjoying the comfort of a five-star stay and a gastronomic journey specially crafted for this unforgettable evening.

The experience begins in our gardens and terraces, accompanied by chill-out music and a relaxed atmosphere designed to savour the occasion. Following totality, we'll celebrate this extraordinary moment together with a toast of cava or Asturian cider.
An exclusive gastronomic experience created especially for this unique evening, featuring seasonal ingredients. The journey begins with a creamy Cantabrian velvet crab bite and a chilled avocado, cucumber and yoghurt soup with citrus notes. It continues with oven-baked sea bass and aged beef sirloin in Rioja wine sauce with truffled potato purée, before ending with a warm brownie served with mandarin citrus ice cream. The menu is accompanied by a carefully selected pairing of wines, cava or Asturian cider, followed by coffee and petits fours.
- Eclipse viewing is subject to weather conditions. However, the accommodation, gastronomic experience and all other activities will take place as planned.
- The Eclipse Experience (eclipse viewing, sunset gathering with toast and Eclipse Tasting Menu) may also be added to a standard reservation should you wish to extend your stay or choose a different room category, subject to availability.
