Send or receive your gift box anywhere in Spain. Your gift will be sent within 48h (no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after having received payment. You can also collect the gift at one of the ARTIEM Hotels premises 24 hours after its purchase.
Once the gift has been issued and paid for, it is subject to availability. It is essential to book in advance at [email protected] or at the centre where you will be enjoying the gift, quoting your voucher code. The Gift Voucher issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gifts that include accommodation may be enjoyed, subject to request and availability, during the 12 months following the date of issue, except for the period between 15 June and 15 September. The issuer or recipient of the gift voucher will have 15 days from the date of issue to make changes or cancellations. The voucher code is proof of purchase. It is not necessary to print it if you have received it by email. Valid only for persons over 18 years of age.
