Can I choose my room when I book? Can I choose on which floor it is located?

When your booking is placed, a room type is selected according to availability. While a specific room number cannot be guaranteed, and a room’s location depends on the room type reserved,

we will always make every effort to give you your preferred room.

When you place an online booking, we need we need a credit card as a guarantee. The system is thoroughly secure.

1. Free cancellation

The information on our cancellation policy is available at all times when you make your online booking. It is variable according to the stay requested, the fee type, etc.

2. Non-refundable

100% of the booking is charged at the time of confirming the booking. Bookings with this fee type do not allow changes or cancellations.

No show: If guests do not arrive at the hotel the total booking fee will be charged and the booking will automatically be cancelled.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE: You should always review the conditions when booking, since special conditions may exist according to the room type, dates and fees.

Audax and Carlos

Are only for adults.

Capri

Cots are free and available upon request. With an extra bed, there is no space for a cot. A child from 2 to 12 years old, sharing the room with 2 adults, receives a 50% discount.

Madrid

Cots are free and available upon request. A child from 2 to 12 years old, sharing the room with 2 adults, receives a 50% discount.

Asturias

A free cot upon request in a double ATTIC room (maximum one cot)

A supplementary bed available for under-16s, in Gran Astur room category. Maximum one bed and one cot. Extra bed supplement: €45, cot free

Two adults and two children. Check availability of GRAN ASTUR SUITE room category connected with ASTUR room category.

Carlos and Audax

Maximum room capacity is 2 people.

Capri

Available according to the room type. The extra bed has a 25% discount.

Madrid

We have no additional beds. For triple rooms you must book the Deluxe room with sofa-bed.

Asturias

Maximum room capacity is two people over 16 years of age.

Check-in is from 14:00 onwards, and check-out is up until 12:00 midday. If you require the room before 14:00 and it is prepared for your arrival you may check in early. If you need to leave the room later than 12:00, ask our Reception Dept. Depending on the time you request and hotel occupancy we can confirm it for free or at an additional cost.

Your national ID document (DNI) and booking confirmation voucher.

We have towels for use in the hotel pool. They should not be taken to the beach. They are changed every 3 days for free. If you prefer them changed daily, the cost is €1 x change.

You must select the hotel, dates, number of guests and number of rooms.

These are available at the ARTIEM Capri upon request.

Asturias: Our Gran Astur Suite is connected with the ASTUR room category.

We have a limited number of adapted rooms, always available upon request.

Audax-Capri-Carlos III

Not included in the booking price: Tax on tourist stays not included, to be applied from 01/07/2016 onwards. Pursuant to Balearic Government Law 2/2016 published in April 2016. Depending on hotel category and season, the amount may vary.

Menorca: We do not provide a rental car service, but we can suggest car rental companies as this one.
